The project closing ceremony of the 2011EC took place on September 10, 2019 with a presence of all employee. The theme was underlined between the success projects and Improvement areas of 22 projects that took time from 2 years up to 2weeks.
The day was marked by report presentation, Open discussion, Certificate of Recognition and a lunch party.
The service delivery head & Sr. project manager, Mr Ermias presents all success of project lesson learned and summarize how the team which is project owner works by collaborating with our world-class reputable partners and products which helps us to achieve tremendous level of customer satisfaction as well. During his presentation he summarize the successful implementation on ATA, ZB, Yekatit-12, WCU, WU, OFAG, DB, BGI, AUC, JU, Derba cement, ECX, ERCA and MOCS amongst the major clients who has collaboratively worked with IE throughout the year.
Mr Meried Bekele, Owner and CEO of the company appreciate each and every employee for their involvement with a proof of certificate of recognition, and highlighted the critical area need to transform. The CEO also emphasized the importance of quality performance with professional and ethical behaviour in order to add value for the growth of our country
The other key note speaker were Mr Eyoas, Project management office manager, based on project success and lesson learned of year 2011 E.C, He shares the key Project Management Expectations for the 2012 E.C, specifically; attention to details for our project management methodology that defines excellence, efficient and repeatable process which increases the probability of meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations of project scope, time, cost & quality. Similarly, effectual customs clearance procedure management and conducting proper safety procedures were also some of the discussed topic as a point of improvement.
