Awarded on November 15, 2024, and launched on December 9, the project was originally planned for 120 days. Through disciplined execution and technical expertise, we successfully completed it in just 116 days, ahead of schedule. The goal was to elevate Abay Bank’s IT environment to new heights. Key achievements included deploying Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and integrating it with the bank’s existing network infrastructure, migrating Firepower Management Center (FMC) to a new environment, and upgrading Nexus switches to enhance network speed, reliability, and scalability.
A dedicated team of 11 professionals played a critical role in the project’s success, coordinating efforts to address logistical challenges such as customs delays and scheduling for minimal downtime. Their expertise ensured a smooth rollout and seamless integration with the bank’s systems.
